Tender Description
Kingborough Council seeks fixed-price quotations from competent contractors to undertake the design and Construction of a new Public Toilet facility at Coningham Rd, Coningham. Council will supply materials for the toilet block. The Tenderer is to design, install, and supply all, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary, to complete the Works specified.
The Work generally consists of but is not limited to the design and construction of a three cubicle toilet facility, together with a rainwater storage tank and pump-out waste storage system with dial-out alarm. The facility is to be suitable for location within a coastal environment.
