Tender Description

Federation Council. Oakland's Medical Centre.

Tenders are invited for the Upgrade of Oaklands medical centre. The opportunity presented within this Tender includes (but not limited too) are:
* Site establishment;
* Demolition works including Asbestos removal;
* New wall frames and insulation;
* Plastering and painting;
* New Joinery;
* New flooring throughout;
* Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic works;
* Fixtures, Furniture & equipment;
* Make good of effected areas,
* All associated works.

Tenders will close at 4.00 pm NSW time on Thursday 14 March 2019.

Tenders must be lodged on accordance with the Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 and the requirements detailed in the Tender Documents.
