Expressions of Interest for the Purchase of Land

⁠⁠⁠Sale of Land at Lot 3, Barrier Highway Burra SA

The Regional Council of Goyder is seeking Expressions of Interest for the purchase of land at Lot 3, Kooringa Deposit Plan 18682 Certificate of Title – Volume 5449 Folio 842, Barrier Highway Burra SA 5417. The said land is surplus to Council’s current and known future requirements and was originally considered a possible industrial development site for community. Council has subsequently deemed this is unlikely to occur. Expressions of Interest are sought from persons interested in the purchase of the land.

Expressions of Interest should include full details of the potential purchaser. Selected persons who submit an Expression of Interest may be invited to submit a formal offer. Council is not, however, bound to shortlist any party or invite any party to submit a formal offer.
