Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises (KEE) undertakes a number of waste management and resource recovery activities at the Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre (KRRC) located off Mona Vale Road at Terrey Hills. One of the key activities conducted on-site at the KRRC is the processing of vegetation that is received from a variety of sources.

Through this Request for Tender KEE intends to:
1. Invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Tender in relation to the provision of the Services at the KRRC; and
2. Enter into an Agreement with the successful Tenderer for up to 11 years, to provide the Services at the KRRC.

Overview of Services:
Once engaged through the RFT Process, it is expected that the Contractor will take possession of the vegetation processing facility on site at KRRC and manage all aspects of the Services required to be performed by the Contractor under the Agreement.

It is envisaged that the Services will require the Contractor to:
(a) Take ownership of all incoming vegetation-type materials, including green garden waste, tree lopping, grass, logs, tree stumps, wood, wood extracted from the mixed waste stream by KEE and similar materials; and
(b) Produce products either at the KRRC or at other suitably licensed Facilities that have genuine markets and are compatible with NSW EPA product requirements.

Briefing and Site visit:
There will be a non-mandatory Tender Briefing and Site Visit on 21st Feb 2019 mat 10am at the KRRC site.
