The Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is seeking Expressions of Interest for management of supported accommodation services and provision of support services for mental health consumers in Toowoomba.
Specifically the Menatl Health Division onws a duplex consisting of 4 or 5 bedrooms in total, which have been recently refurbished and would like to enter into a partnership for the management of suported accommodation services and provision of relevant support.
