Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to PO Box 1061 Northam on or before the closing date.

Tenders will be reviewed and the top value bid will be considered successful. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and/or email.

Payment needs to be in full at the time of pick-up and vehicle transfer. The successful will have 7 business days to make payment in full or the bid will be considered unsuccessful. All payments must be made with Cash, Money Order, or Bank Cashiers Cheque. No payment extensions or other arrangements will be entered into.
