Tender Description
To ensure longevity of all larger Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system within its facilities, the Town require an annual maintenance schedule to be provided for its three largest assets:
1. JD Hardie
2. Wanangkura Stadium
3. Port Hedland Civic Centre
A full statement of the Goods/Services required under the proposed Contract appears in the attached documentation.
Non-Mandatory Inspection: Thursday 21st February 2019
Commencing at 9:00am (WST) at:
JD Hardie Centre (Collier Road South Hedland) and will then continue on to the other sites:
Wanangkura Stadium (Hamilton Road South Hedland) and Civic Centre (McGregor Street Port Hedland)
Failure to attend this site briefing will NOT exclude the supplier from responding.
