The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for then establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the delivery of Digital Marketing Services.
TAFE Queensland (TQ) are looking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) to manage its digital marketing services across the network of campuses within six regional locations in Queensland.
The key objectives for TQ in establishing this SOA are as follows:
* Develop a centralised supplier arrangement that provides a streamlined approach to procuring our digital marketing services;
* Access to strategic expertise and support in the digital planning space;
* Rationalise our supplier base to deliver improved supplier performance and expertise in the field of digital marketing through niche and specialised suppliers; and
* Robust reporting capabilities across all media efforts.
The SOA will be separated into 4 Categories of Service:
* Strategic Consulting;
* Campaign Services & Digital Advertising;
* Content Marketing; and
* Digital Design
Suppliers can tender for one, or more categories of service. Suppliers will be evaluated based on the category of service that they submit a tender response for.
The proposed term of the SOA shall be for an initial period of two years commencing June 2019, with 3 x 1 year extension options.
