Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for submissions for refurbishment works to the Pool Amenities Block at Virginia State School located at 1678 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4012 (Brisbane Metropolitan Region).

Refurbishment works consist of painting, new joinery, new windows, new fixtures and fittings, and managing the install of a pre-determined shade structure over terraced seating within the pool area. The pool will be in use until the school holidays in April, therefore works are to commence from Saturday, 6 April and be completed by 21 June, 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letter to tenderers.
