16/19 - Adelaide Hills Council has identified that the residents along Western side of Spring street Kersbrook have long been subject to nuisance flooding in both minor and major storm events. Nuisance flooding is due to the lack of capacity of local drainage infrastructure in the street itself, stormwater infrastructures to be upgraded
