Requirements gathering for the implementation of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). The Business Analyst will identify and prioritise work to benefit users. They will obtain an understanding of MIM, their behaviours and insights on user interactions with these services.

The Business Analyst will work with the Cyber Security I:AM team and other Technology and Services Group (TSG) technical teams to identify and document requirements.

We are proposing to engage a Business Analyst to assist with the requirements gathering and documentation for the MIM and associated workflows. The Business Analyst will identify and prioritise work to benefit users. They will be required to build an understanding of the workflows, their behaviours and insights on user interactions with these services. They will lead and perform contextual research sessions with users and communicate findings to create actionable insights and guide design.
