Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) invites Expressions of Interest for the Provision of an Interdisciplinary Care Coordination Program delivering training and implementation support to clinical staff.
The purpose of this Invitation is to gain a better understanding of the supply market, the level of interest and potential range of solutions that may be available. This Invitation may be the first stage of a multi stage procurement process.
