Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers to provide construction detailed plans and specifications for the refurbishment of the heritage listed Town Hall and the alterations and additions to Council offices to facilitate the co-location of other staff located remotely from the main administration building, adjacent to the Town Hall.
