The subject property comprises an R1 General Residential zoned site with a total area of approximately 8,583m2, with a purpose-built age care hostel comprising 22 single bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which was operational up until May 2018 when the residents were relocated to the new Kolora facility. The site also contains 7 detached self-contained single bedroom villa style units.
