This Request for Quotation (Request or RFQ) contains information regarding the appointment of a supplier of coffee and tea to the new Bankwest Stadium (currently under construction) at Parramatta and a number of external venues at which VenuesLive is the contract caterer.

VenuesLive Management Services (NSW) Pty Ltd is responsible for the management and operation of Bankwest Stadium on behalf of Venues NSW, until the end of 2023, pursuant to Operational Services Agreement dated 19 April 2018.

VenuesLive will operate and manage both the stadium and the external venues as a “single operation”, which means that the successful Respondent will be engaging with the same VenuesLive management team, in its day-to- day dealings across all venues.
