NT PHN Psychological Treatment Services in Aged Care Facilities EOI

⁠⁠⁠NT PHN is funded by the Australian Government to develop and coordinate an equitable, comprehensive primary health care system and an engaged health workforce driven by community needs. NT PHN's members are Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance Northern Territory (AMSANT), the Northern Territory Government Department of Health and Health Providers Alliance NT. NT PHN works closely with health consumers, community organisations and service providers in commissioning health services that are integrated across the health system.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is seeking applications from eligible organisations to deliver psychological services to people with mental illness residing in aged residential care facilities in the Northern Territory. In preparing your application, organisations are required to familiarise themselves with the NT PHN Program Specification and the Australian Government Department of Health document "PHN Guidance - Psychological Treatment Services in Residential Aged Care".
