Community-Led Cancer Screening Program Round 3

⁠⁠⁠Murray PHN is pleased to announce a targeted initiative supporting General Practices within the Murray PHN region to increase cancer screening in under-screened populations to facilitate early detection and treatment of cancers in these groups, therefore improve long term health outcomes.

Please note:

* Word limit for each response is a maximum of 8000 characters, or 1500 words
* There is not a requirement to provide additional documents against each response. However should you feel there is insufficient space to provide your responses, supporting documentation may include; a timeline of activities; current screening participation rates; your patient demographic; basic projected spend.
* Your projected spend should be based on the activities you think will require funding. There may be activities you wish to undertake that do not incur a cost.
*Application is open to all General Practices in the Murray PHN region only.
