IIP Supply & Delivery of Rail and Sleepers

TasRail is currently seeking the manufacture and delivery of 41kg rail, 50kg rail and steel deep spade ended Pandrol fixing sleepers at 10mm thick for staged delivery at Bell Bay Port in 2019 and 2020. Tenders are re-quested for rail or sleepers or both.

Key Points of the Tender:
* 43,000 TasRail type tested 10mm thick deep spade ended Pandrol fixing steel sleepers.
* 24,000 metres of 41 kg rail.
* 28,000 metres of 50 kg rail.
* Rail lengths to be no less than 19.5 metres to a maximum length of 20 metres.
* Optimised staged delivery to be unloaded at Bell Bay Port.
* INCOTERMS CIP and compliance with Heavy Vehicle Chain of Responsibility Legislation.
* The successful Contractor must, where applicable, comply with the Building Code 2016, the Australian Government

Building and Construction Workplace Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, Rail Safety National Law (Tasmania) Act 2012 and Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and other relevant regulations.
