Tender Description
Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from interested persons, property owners or consortiums of property owners, for either property/land or development proposals for the development of a new Fraser Coast Regional Administration Centre in Pialba. The location for the proposed Administration Centre is to be within the boundaries, or in close proximity to, the location identified in the Hervey Bay CBD Urban Renewal Master Plan as depicted.
