Department of Justice / Supply of Secure and Confidential Photocopying and Related Services for the Crown Solicitor's Office

⁠⁠⁠The Crown Solicitor, supported by her staff, is the largest provider of legal services to the NSW Government and its agencies and the sole provider of legal services in all matters which are regarded as being core to government functions. She manages approximately 4,000 matters each year, many of which are of substantial significance to the State.

In the course of providing these legal services, the Crown Solicitor incurs expenses which are passed directly onto clients as legal disbursements. Legal disbursements on matters include bulk photocopying and related services (such as scanning and preparation of Court books).

The CSO requires the services of an off-site provider of secure and confidential cost-effective photocopying and related services to the support the delivery of high quality legal services to our valued clients.

In addition to other requirements - the Supplier(s) is to provide a pick-up service with 30 minutes of an order for work being placed. The work order will specify requirements for specific turn arounds – same-day, overnight, etc.
