Presenter Club Development Workshops

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Ashburton is seeking an experienced and engaging Consultant to deliver Club Development Workshops and a motivational public speech to acknowledge the generous contribution of the volunteers during National Volunteer Week (NVW) to community clubs and groups across the Shire of Ashburton. The Consultant or Company must reflect a high level of professionalism in representing the Shire and its project partners.

Three main projects are required; Strategic Planning Workshops, Development Session for Shire Staff and Public address during National Volunteer Week events. Other tasks may include the delivery of variety of workshops, one on one advice, attending meetings with clubs and groups, providing personal development for club development officers, assisting with club development networking, developing templates and educational materials. A key purpose of this Request for Quotation is to consolidate these services. A detailed brief for these projects are outlined below to enable accurate quotations.

The request for this RFQ will be split into two separable portions as per Project Brief. Separable portion one will be for Strategic Planning Workshop and Personal Development Session for Club Development Officers. Separable portion two will be for Public Speaker. The Shire intends to engage the services of one (1) Service provider or Company to complete the scope of works in Portion 1 and 2. However, the Shire may award one (1) or more portions to one (1) or more companies, or none at all subject to budget constraints.
