Sale of Land at Laird Street, Goomeri

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited for the purchase of land known as part of Lot 18 on Plan SP148209, Laird Street, Goomeri from Gympie Regional Council.

Expressions of Interest must be registered with the Queensland Government QTender site to be able to download documents, request information and submit Expression of Interest. Suitably endorsed Expressions of Interest close at the below website address at 2pm on 11 February 2019. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.

In accordance with s228(6) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council may prepare a short list from the persons who respond to the invitation for Expressions of Interest, and may invite written tenders from those persons depending on the outcome of the Expression of Interest.
