The City of Kalamunda is inviting tenders for the following:
RFT 1901 Forrestfield Industrial Areas, Road 2A Stage 1

Civil Construction Nardine Close, Forrestfield

The City of Kalamunda (the Principal) is seeking a suitable, experienced and qualified civil contractor to undertake the construction of Nardine Close, Forrestfield.

The work includes, but are not limited to the following:
* Removal of vegetation, disposal of rubbish, fences, debris and other deleterious material.
* Stripping, stockpiling and redistribution of top soil.
* Excavating, placing and compaction of fill to level within the road reserve.
* Setting out and construction of retaining walls.
* Setting out and construction of roads, footpaths, bollards and erection of street signs.
* Setting out and construction of water reticulation.
* Setting out and construction of stormwater drains, pits and swales.
* Setting out and construction of uniform fences.
* Setting out and construction of underground power and communications.
* Fully reinstate the site and leave the works in a neat and tidy condition.

Deadline for tenders to be submitted is no later than 2.00pm AWST Tuesday 12 February 2019.

Tenders received after the due time and date will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any City of Kalamunda Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenders from the Tender process.
