Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Grazing Leases

⁠⁠⁠Parkes Shire Council is calling on Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Grazing leases of Council properties listed below.

* Reserve - 62353 - Forbes Street
* Trundle NSW 2875 - Area - 7.94Ha
* Reserve - 79488 - Back Trundle
* Road, Trundle NSW 2875 - Area - 8.42Ha
* Vacant Land - Newell Highway
* Parkes NSW 2870 - Area - 78.68Ha
* Vacant Land - Goobang Junction
* Brolgan Road, Parkes NSW 2870 - Area - 64.65Ha
* Vacant Land - Cnr Webb & Lorking Streets
* Parkes NSW 2870 - Area - 13.9Ha

It should be noted that the properties available are "as is" condition and stock proofing will be at the expense of the successful offer, further, no stock will be permitted access or leases completed on any area until all fencing has been inspected by Council's Ranger.

The Lease is to be allocated by an Expression of Interest process. EOI packages (which will include more detailed information, including a map of the area) will be available on Council's Website www.parkes.nsw.gov.au or by contacting Council's Property Officer, Tania Iffland on 02 6861 2313.
