Sill Park Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City's objective, based on demographic profile of the area of Sill Street, Earl Street and Beveridge Street has changed markedly since any significant work was done on Sill Park and it is in need of upgrade.

Sill Park is one of a number of Public Open Spaces (POS) which are earmarked for infrastructure improvement in the area around the Bentley 360 project. The objective is to create a more attractive, functional and appealing space for the local community.

The construction of Sill Park is expected to be completed by June 2019, follow by a 12 week maintenance period. The resultant contract will be awarded to a single Contractor to satisfy all requirements.
