Managed Print Service

⁠⁠⁠Monash Health (MH) is seeking tenderers for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance support services for a fully managed print service. This covers all Monash Health sites. The scope includes:

1. Assessment
* A review of the current print environment at all MH sites, including business units functions and needs analysis, environmental impact and document security assessments.
* A recommendation proposal for rationalisation of devices, incorporating appropriate print policies tailored for specific needs of different business areas.
* A detailed cost analysis of printing devices including installation, maintenance and associated consumable costs, supporting the potential cost savings.
* A project implementation plan in details, including timelines, resources required from suppliers and MH.

2. Implementation and Optimisation – Coordinating with MH project team, install or replace recommended printing devices at all MH sites according to the agreed project plan.

3. Management – Provide on-going maintenance support of all printing devices, supply of consumables with a proactive approach and SLA monitoring.
