Church Lane, Kelso - Rural Licence Agreement - Agistment Only

⁠⁠⁠Bathurst Regional Council has available for a rural licence a 6 ha (approx.) rural block located along Church Lane, Kelso.

The licence term will be for 3 years only. A map outlining the area available for licence can be collected from Council’s Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre or download below.

A bond deposit of $1,000 will be payable and held in Council’s trust during the term of the licence. A Public Liability Insurance Policy of $20 million over the area will also be required.

Approved maximum stocking rates of either 3 Horses or 3 cows or 24 sheep Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 22.09614 in a sealed and marked envelope “Expression of Interest – Church Lane” by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 05 MARCH 2019 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre. Please include any previous renting history and proposed license payment GST inclusive.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of expressions of interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
