The work generally comprises and includes but is not necessarily limited to:
– Demolition of existing partition walls, suspended ceilings and floor coverings, lighting and hydraulic fixtures
– Removal of nominated existing external glazed door suites
– Construction of new commercial spaces, including but not limited to, mezzanine floor extensions, wall framing linings, ceilings screens
– Cutting of existing concrete floor slabs for new services.
– New external generator and screened compound
– Installation and commission of new workstations and loose furniture supplied by the Principal
– Structural framing referred to the structural documents
– Electrical & Comms Services referred to in electrical documentation.
– Mechanical services referred to in the mechanical services documentation
– Sewerage, water and fire services and fixtures as referred to in the hydraulic services and hydraulic fixtures schedules.
