⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Lease of Portion of Reserve 11486 (85 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup) for cropping purposes.

Pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act (1995), the Shire of Gnowangerup is seeking expression of interest from community groups to Lease of Portion of Reserve 11486 (85 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup) for the purpose of sowing and harvesting a cereal crop in each of 2019, 2020 and 2021 farming seasons. The lease expiry date will be 31 January 2022.

Property Description: Portion of Reserve 11486, being part of the land contained in Crown Land Title LR3092/565. The land in question is identified in the attached aerial photograph. The lot is 10.71 hectares.

Written expressions of interest, outlining the proposed annual rental will be received up until 4pm Wednesday, 6th February 2019 and must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, 28 Yougenup Road, Gnowangerup, 6335.
