Tender Description
Design, manufacture and supply of all necessary equipment and sundry items required for the transport and delivery of the Production Hub facilities at Mesa BC and H.
The production hub facilities will be constructed from transportable floors, complexed to form a single building with external ablutions, undercover seating area, ice room, etc.
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
* Design, manufacture, supply and deliver modular design, steel frame, colour bond steel sheet clad, on steel chasis production hub buildings.
* Supervise all unloading on site.
* Advise the appropriate assembly of the Production Hub Buildings
* Make all necessary arrangements for the delivery of all items from the fabrication plant to Site.
* Complete all necessary Pre-commissioning activities at the manufacturing premises.
* Have successfully supplied modular transportable and packaged buildings and associated facilities for projects in the Western Australian Pilbara region. Previous experience with major project delivery for Rio Tinto is highly desirable.
* Compliance with, or demonstrate capability to comply with, Rio Tinto documentation requirements, technical and standard specifications.
