The Western Australian State Government’s Department of Finance (DoF), Building Management and Works (BMW) are the owner of 189 Royal St East Perth. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to carry out the works for the supply and installation of new condensing boilers serving existing air handling units & associated works as outlined by BCA mechanical consulting engineers.
