Pilot Mobile Food Van – Brisbane St Mall

⁠⁠⁠The City of Launceston is seeking interest from high-quality business operators to operate up to two mobile food vans in the Brisbane Street Mall on a trial basis for the month of February 2019.

The proposed hours of operation are Monday to Thursday between 11am and 7pm and Sundays between 11am and 4pm – however, this is negotiable with interested parties.

If you can offer:
* Quick, easy and affordable food offerings
* A point of difference from other food business offerings in the area
* Alternative beverages to coffee, and
* Great customer service
