VP 135863 Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking “tenders” from appropriately qualified, suitably experienced and adequately resourced companies to submit tenders for the following contract:
~ Contract – RFT19/05 - Supply & Delivery of Pre - Mixed Concrete.
The Contract will commence on 1 July 2019 and conclude on 30 June 2020, with the option of a twelve (12) month extension.
As part of the Conditions of Tendering, tenders will only be accepted from Contractors who have registered on the Vendorpanel Portal.

Contractors who have registered will then receive the Tender Documents by email from the 30th of January 2019 and will need to upload the requested submission documents on the Vendorpanel Portal.
The closing date for submissions is 11.00am Wednesday, 27th February, 2019. Submissions will be received via the Vendorpanel online portal ONLY. Hard copy submissions received via post, fax or hand delivered WILL NOT be accepted.
Contractors are encouraged to attend the relevant NON - COMPULSORY Pre-Quotation Meeting as detailed below:
Wednesday, 13th February 2019 at the Council Depot in Tycannah Street, MOREE
Commencing at 11:30am
This tender will be managed in accordance with the Moree Plains Shire Council Procurement Policy, the Local Government Act 1993, and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.
