Sydney Water has been working industry throughout 2018 to develop a new enterprise-wide strategy and contractual model for procuring asset related goods and services.

This initiative has reached two critical milestones:
* Sydney Water’s Board has endorsed our new strategy.
* We have appointed Aurecon Arup as our Planning Partner.

The new strategy has received Board endorsement. It will deliver numerous benefits to customers and partners through increased efficiency, cost savings, resource availability and partner capability. It also aligns to the NSW Government’s Ten Point Commitment to the Construction Sector.

Early next year we will begin the tender process for our three new Regional Delivery Consortia partners. Watch this space for more information about this in the New Year.
