Supply and Installation of Shotcrete Works
Description of works include but not limited to
* Site Mobilisation and demobilisation
* Environmental Management
* Supply & Installation of shotcrete works
* Site Clean up
* Tenderers to include all the necessary cost to complete works based on supplied drawing 762436,
* To ensure no disruption to the works, Tenderers to advise RoadTek of every delivery on site at least 24 hrs before the delivery. Site has limited space for storage of plant/gear, so contractor will not be allowed to store any gear/plant/material on site. Tenderers to provide a list of plant/gear/material they are bringing in to start their operations.
* Rate payment will be paid on quantity measured based on surface survey (completed by RoadTek) before and after shotcrete works and not paid on dockets.
* Tenderers are required to complete works from top of embankment using mobile plant to allow for this constraint.
* Works will be performed in vicinity of other Sub Contractors controlled by Principal Contractor (RoadTek).
* Tenderers to supply design mix for the concrete
* Traffic management will be undertaken by RoadTek
* Site preparation will be complete by RoadTek
* Cut off walls will be excavated by RoadTek
* QR PO will be organised by RoadTek
Note: Tenderers will be required to gain RIW licence as per Business rules for management of Rail Industry Worker Contractors as attached to Part 7. Works will need to be constructed works from on top of embankment using specialised equipment to install tendered works.
