Derwent Valley Council provides and maintains an extensive network of civil infrastructure over an area of 4,111km2. Situated west of Hobart, the primary service centre of the Municipality is New Norfolk where the Council's Administration Office is situated.
Council is seeking to attract proponents for the provision of legal services.
Council requires, from time to time, appropriately experienced and qualified legal service providers, from a wide range of disciplines related to local government, to provide Council with legal services in an effective and efficient manner.
The standard and professional requirements that Derwent Valley Council require are for tender applicants' adherence to obligations and standards set by Solicitors Rules and Legal Profession Uniform Law.
