City of Busselton Disability Access and Inclusion Reference Group - Expression of Interest
In accordance with the requirements of the Disability Services Act 1993 the City of Busselton has adopted a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (2014 - 2018) and acts to achieve the outcomes outlined in the Plan. The City’s Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) provides a planned approach to improving the City’s services and facilities for people with disabilities, in terms of both physical access and inclusion at a participatory and service level.
The City of Busselton invites applications for membership for two (2) positions on the DAIP Reference Group, which assists in the implementation of the Plan in accordance with the group’s terms of reference.
The vacancies comprise:
• One (1) representative of a relevant community organisations; and
• One (1) representative community member with relevant interest and experience.
