Tender Description
ACORPP has been instructed by the Department of Finance to see Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in the Perth CBD / Perth CBD Fringe on behalf of the State Government.
Key Requirements are:
* A total net lettable area of approximately 25,000 square metres.
* Can be an existing or new building
* The State has a preference to be the sole tenant of the building
* 'A Grade' standard of building
* Availability for tenant fitout prior to July 2023.
