Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in regards undertaking the works for HVAC & Roof replacement at Parklands Function Centre located at Fairfield Showground.

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the briefing and site viewing which will cover an overview of the Statement of Requirements and provide the tenderers a further appreciation of the site.
Date: Tuesday 18 December 2018.
Time: 10.00 am.
Venue: Parkland Function Centre Fairfield Showground 430 Smithfield Rd Prairiewood NSW 2176.

Tenderers are must register their attendance - via email at procurement@fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au

The tenderer will provide the following information when registering for the site inspection:
* company name,
* names of representative and position
* contact details - mobile email etc.

Tender close at 2.30 pm AEST on Wednesday 6 February 2019 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
