Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Metropolitan District is inviting Tenderers to tender for the construction of the North Brisbane Bikeway Stage 2 and 3. The North Brisbane Bikeway Stage 2 and 3 involves the construction of approximately 1.5km of separated cycle track between Somerset Street, Windsor and Chalk Street, Wooloowin. Tenderers are notified that prequalification levels for this project are R3 and F10. Only prequalified contractors at R3, F10 and above will be allowed access to the documents.
The project includes upgrading the existing shared paths such as earthworks, road pavement, lighting, drainage, signage, fencing works and so on along McDonald Road, Mawarra Street and Bridge Street with a number of priority crossings.
