18C921 The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure is seeking to improve its understanding of the nature of the supply market for professional services in demographic analysis, population projections and land use analysis.
It is anticipated that professional services will be required for discrete projects to be managed by the department, which may include: demographic analysis and population projections; residential land supply and demand; housing supply and demand; employment land supply and demand; and urban development trends.
Potential suppliers of these professional service areas are invited to respond.
