Caningeraba State School - Building Contractor - Hall Extension and Upgrade (Minimum PQC Level 2)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the extension and upgrade of the existing hall at Caningeraba State School located on Whistler Drive, Burleigh Waters QLD 4220 (Gold Coast Region).

The works include extending various sections of the building by adding staff facilities, multi-purpose function rooms, a kitchen and associated spaces to allow more space and to improve the functionality in the School Hall. Please note that the position of the building is within close proximity of other school facilities which may limit site access. All works are to be completed by 15 May 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum rating PQC Level 2 with certified third-party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender documentation will be distributed by email to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be included in the email and letter to tenderers.
