Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ASC requires a dedicated team to build and deliver a digital platform/portal for the organisational capability assessment tool, Sport.Scan.

As part of the Annual Performance Statements metrics 2017/18 –Sport Industry Growth, the ASC is developing an organisational development capability assessment tool for the sports industry. Phase 1 of the project, the discovery phase work and low-fidelity prototype has been completed.

This opportunity is a continuation to phase one to undertake the build and delivery of a digital platform/portail solution for small to medium sports governing bodies to enable National, State and Club level stakeholders to better collaborate to develop their individual sports capability and function to achieve sustainability.

The solution will focus on:
* Web / app, providing real time information to users
* User profiles - hierarchies, administrators, National / State / Club level profiles
* Ability to complete survey questions on the fly - bite size chunks, real time data capture
* Integrated analytics, from survey questions, benchmarks and sporting / games activities
* Integration with third party vendors / platforms
* Instance feedback and communication mechanisms
* Streamlined processes, reducing administration for Club stakeholders
* Board meeting management
* Policy management ability
* Knowledge management platform
* Human resource management platform

The solution must:
* allow the data to be consumed by external parties through appropriate formats including API’s to JSON and Open API Standards; and
* provide for integration with Sport Australia Single Sign on Solution using OAUTH 2.0 with SAMIL or OIDC.

It is expected that a tangible product is delivered by 30 June 2019.
