Preston Retirement Village is a well-established retirement village in Donnybrook. It currently comprises of 13 villas, with potential for four more to be constructed. There is a community centre utilised by residents and some local groups. The gardens are well established in communal areas.

The gardens are of significant value to residents and local community. They are a mix of standard roses, bulbs, hedges, succulents, small trees, perennials and annuals. The contractor will be required to continue this high standard and improve identified areas, as directed by residents and Aged Care Services, at scheduled meetings.

The Scope of Works includes but is not limited to the following gardening requirements,

1. Garden bed maintenance,
2. Hedge maintenance,
3. Tree, shrub and hedge maintenance,
4. Tree, shrub and hedge pruning,
5. Paths, boardwalks and walls,
6. Herbicide application,
7. Fertilisation,
8. Reticulation maintenance,
9. Removal of Weeds litter and debris,
10. Mowing (this may be required in future development)
11. Edging and Trimming.
