Hygiene Equipment Services - Supply, Maintenance & Servicing

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking a suitably experienced and reliable Contractor (s) to provide Hygiene Equipment Services throughout the City of Cockburn.

The sites include community centres, recreation centres, administration buildings, libraries and halls. Some sites are staffed and others are only used for bookings and public events.

All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, this Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend for a one (1) year period and then for up to twelve months after that to a maximum of five (5) years. The Contract is expected to commence in January 2019.
