RFT 2018-14 Installation of two (2) diesel refuelling stations and above ground bulk storage tanks. One 20,000lt with High Flow bower to be installed at the Town of Port Hedland’s Landfill and one 30,000lt with both high flow and standard flow bowers installed at the Town of Port Hedland’s Depot. Both refuelling stations need to have a full fuel management system (FMS).

All works must be completed as per the Dangerous Goods Act 2004, Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling of Non-Explosives) Regulations 2007.

The contractor is to provide the price based on two (2) options;
* Option 1 - provide lump sum price for the all equipment and tanks and also a breakdown of the equipment required,
* Option 2, leasing price for five (5) years (3years with 2x12month extension options) all installed equipment.

Once equipment is set up and ready for use a bulk fuel supplier will be sought through the WALGA or CUA Panel.
