Disposal of Surplus Equipment, Materials, Tools and Minor Assets

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Chapman Valley hereby gives notice it intends to dispose of various surplus items of equipment, materials, tools & minor assets in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

A list of items and tender documentation is available by contacting the Shire Office on (08) 9920 5011 or by viewing on the Shire website www.chapmanvalley.wa.gov.au.

Inspection of items can be arranged by contacting the person identified in tender documentation.

Tenders close at 2.00 pm on 31st January 2019.

Note: Surplus items may be offered to a community based not for profit group(s) within the Shire of Chapman Valley at no cost.
