Tender Description
Contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion on the select tender list for the design and construction of St Margaret's Anglican Girls School Sports Precinct Stages 1a and 1b are invited to submit an Expression of Interest. The project generally consists of multipurpose courts, water polo pool, HPE building, gymnasium and refurbishment of existing building.
The expression of interest submission should include but not be limited to:
* Name of company including ABN and QBCC number.
* Company Profile including key project team with similiar project experience and CV's.
* Previous experience in working within an educational facility whilst operational and contact details of referees.
* A list of recent projects delivered under a D&C contract.
* Current workload including project values and completion dates.
