Expression of Interest for Builder Panel Carseldine Urban Village

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest - The Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning - Economic Development Queensland is seeking Expressions of Interests for the establishment of a Panel of Builders for the Carseldine Urban Village.

Background - Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is a specialist land use planning and property development unit that engages with state and local government, the development industry and the public to identify, plan, facilitate and deliver property development and infrastructure projects to create prosperous, liveable and connected communities.

Purpose - The purpose of this expression of interest (EOI) is to:
* Identify competent and experienced building and/or development companies who can demonstrate capability to deliver innovative built form that aligns with the project vision
* Identify a short-list of up to five proponents to submit detailed proposals under a subsequent request for proposal (RFP) invitation
* Ensure that Carseldine Urban Village meets government and community expectations.
