Tender Description
The scope of the works include construction of pre-fabricated metal shed structure with a cladding on 3 sides being built on a new concrete floor over an existing concrete hardstand area.
The work is located directly adjacent to some existing high voltage overhead powerlines and working at heights will be strictly in accordance with safe work clearance requirements.
The building inlcudes new electrical lighting and power with provision for future water connection. Additionally some new concrete blockwork is required alongside an existing concrete spoon drain aligning with an existing retaining wall and misc. other works.
Proposed commencement date is 01/02/2019 or as agreed with the Principal.
